Delivery
Available countries, Omniva or other carrier services, parcel machines, price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout for the selected address. In-stock orders are normally handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days after payment; personalised timing is agreed separately. The customer is responsible for accurate address, phone and email details. Confetalia OÜ contacts the customer if delivery fails or timing changes materially.
Withdrawal and return
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for standard goods. Send the statement to info@buonoconfetto.eu and return the goods within 14 days. Goods must be safely packed, in original packaging where possible and not handled beyond inspection. Direct return costs are paid by the consumer except for defects or seller error.
Exceptions
As allowed by law, withdrawal does not apply to personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
Refunds and damage
Confetalia OÜ refunds payments and standard outbound delivery within 14 days after notice, but may wait for the goods or shipping proof. The original payment method is used. Report damaged, incorrect or defective goods to info@buonoconfetto.eu with order number and photos; a justified case is resolved at the seller’s expense.
