Terms of sale

Terms of Sale

Terms governing orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal and complaints in the Buono Confetto online store.

1. Seller and scope

The seller of goods at buonoconfetto.eu and the contracting party is Confetalia OÜ, registration number 17271565, registered address Harju maakond, Maardu linn, Parkheina tee 4, 74117, Estonia. Contact: info@buonoconfetto.eu, +372 5684 6311. These terms apply to purchases made through the online store and do not limit mandatory consumer rights under Estonian or European Union law.

2. Products, food information and prices

Product descriptions, ingredients, allergens, quantity or net weight and storage instructions are provided on the product page and/or packaging. Customers with allergies or intolerances should request further information before ordering. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Delivery and other additional costs are shown before the order is confirmed. If a price or description contains an obvious error, the seller will ask the customer to confirm the corrected order or cancel it without charge.

3. Ordering and formation of contract

The customer selects products, delivery and payment, checks contact and address details and submits the order using a button that clearly indicates a payment obligation. Details can be corrected before submission. The contract takes effect when the seller confirms the order by email and payment is received or confirmed by the payment provider. An automated order confirmation is sent without undue delay. The seller may cancel an order if supply is impossible, payment is not received, or the data indicates an obvious error or misuse; any amount paid will be refunded.

4. Payment

Available methods and the payment provider are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Montonio or another authorised provider identified there. The seller does not receive full card credentials. Currency, final amount and all charges are displayed before payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Available countries, carriers, parcel machines, prices and estimated delivery times are calculated from the selected address and shown at checkout. In-stock orders are normally handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Timing for personalised or special orders is agreed separately. Holidays, exceptional demand or carrier disruption may extend delivery; the seller will notify the customer of a material delay. The customer is responsible for accurate delivery and contact details.

6. Fourteen-day withdrawal right

A consumer may withdraw from a standard distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the goods are received by the consumer or a nominated third party. The consumer must send an unequivocal statement to info@buonoconfetto.eu or use the published withdrawal form, and return the goods within 14 days after notifying the seller.

7. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other statutory exceptions, to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. An exception is applied only to the extent allowed by law. Standard unopened food remains returnable when intact, correctly stored and fit for resale.

8. Returns and refunds

Goods must not be handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics and should be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible. The consumer pays direct return costs except for defective goods or a seller error. The seller refunds payments received, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return are received. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. Defects and complaints

The seller is liable for lack of conformity during the statutory period, generally two years from delivery in a consumer sale. The consumer should report a defect within a reasonable time, preferably within two months of discovery, to info@buonoconfetto.eu with the order number, description and photographs where possible. The seller answers a written complaint within 15 days. For a justified claim, the available remedies include repair or replacement, price reduction or refund as required by law.

10. Personal data

Confetalia OÜ processes personal data to fulfil orders, provide customer service, keep accounting records and comply with law. Purposes, retention periods, recipients and data-subject rights are described in the Privacy Policy. Marketing is sent only where a valid legal basis or consent exists.

11. Complaints and disputes

Complaints should first be sent to Confetalia OÜ at info@buonoconfetto.eu. If no agreement is reached, an eligible consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, https://ttja.ee). Proceedings are free for the parties. Other statutory remedies remain available.

12. Governing law and versions

Estonian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. The version published when the order is submitted governs that order; its version and acceptance time are stored with the order. Confetalia OÜ may amend terms for future orders by publishing a new dated version.
